Overall, she's coming along pretty well.  The cards were all cut (and cornered) by hand.  The mats were finally completed this weekend after a fair amount of digging for art.  Between Inkscape and Paint.NET, I was able to come up with some pretty nice looking effects on several of the mats.  There are still some rough edges, but the game is much better looking than it was before.  She needed a face lift.

As for the eventual deck back, I'm probably going to run with a derivative of this...
