Just a quick note that Bindle Rails is up to revision #5.  Latest spat of changes are relatively minor, although I did add a hand and event track on the Stock/Turn Mat so it is easier to remember where you are in the course of a turn.  The rules have been modified to reflect this change on the mat.  I also added color suggestions for markers, one more variant and removed a couple tips from the rules.  The core of the game has not changed.
