Biggest changes include:
- More clarifications and examples.
- Beginner's scenarios.
- Advanced scenarios including two new Public Companies, the New Haven Railroad and the Erie and Lackawanna (Nickel Plate Road).
- Event Cards (same as first editions with better explanations on some of them).

Feel free to print it out and try it. The game is free for download.
